MgO when taken out from Mines is in form of heavy lumps which is crushed first in crushing machine sieved and the iron particles are removed from the crushed Mgo after that at a temperature of 1000 Degree Centrigrade it is calcined and all impurities are removed to get a percentage purity of 91 - 92 %
